\n1<\/span> Login<\/strong> to Integrately with your credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n2<\/span> You will be forwarded to the following screen after signing in. Type, Google<\/strong> in the search app bar, then clicks to select Google Sheets<\/strong>. It will be set as App 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n5<\/span> Processing starts and the following screen appears to show the progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n6<\/span> Now Integrately asks for permission to access Google Sheets. Click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n7<\/span> Sign in to your Google Account. And tick<\/strong> all the checkboxes<\/strong>. Then click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n8<\/span> Prepare a Google Sheet<\/strong> with the following header: First Name, Last Name, Email<\/strong> and Subscribed<\/strong> especially made for the MailBluster Leads. Follow the format and you will be able to upload leads in no time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So that you know,<\/b> the Subscribed column<\/strong> should be either TRUE<\/strong> for subscribed or FALSE<\/strong> for unsubscribed customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n9<\/span> A set of new input options will appear. Select the Spreadsheet which contains your Leads. Click on your<\/strong> Google Sheet from the Select option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n10<\/span> Select Worksheet and click on Sheet1<\/strong> from the Select option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n11<\/span> Select Column and click on All Column<\/strong> from the Select option. Then click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n19<\/span> You\u2019ll be prompted with this screen. Be sure to click Refresh Data<\/strong> in \u201cSpreadsheet row is created or updated in Google Sheets\u201d. Then Refresh fields<\/strong> in \u201cCreate lead in MailBluster\u201d. If the fields are failed to populate then manually go through the numbers as shown below and set the data sequentially. Be sure to select Override Existing<\/strong> to Yes<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n20<\/span> Now select the Subscribed field<\/strong> from Create lead in MailBluster.On the right side, a pop window will appear. Select Map Field<\/strong>. Click on below the Subscribed to populate the field Subscribed of Create lead in MailBluster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n21<\/span> Now click on Modify Data Value<\/strong> and a new window will pop up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see 2 New leads<\/strong> have been added in MailBluster while inputting the data in Google Sheets. The old one which was inserted in the Google Sheet before automation is not added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
