But, right after registering a new&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/aws.amazon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">AWS<\/a>&nbsp;account, Amazon limits you to the &#8220;Sandbox&#8221; mode. Two things happen while your account is in the &#8220;Sandbox&#8221; &#8211; you can only send emails to verified email addresses, and the&nbsp;<strong>sending rate is limited to 200 emails per 24-hour period with a maximum send rate of 1 email per second<\/strong>. What&#8217;s next? You have to make a request to Amazon and provide some information to get out of it. Click on the &#8220;<strong>Create case&#8221;<\/strong> button.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1311\" height=\"664\" src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/2.jpg\" alt=\"In the \u201cAWS Support Center\u201d page, clicking on the \u201cCreate case\u201d button.\" class=\"wp-image-213\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\"> <br><span class=\"badge-round\">4<\/span> On the &#8220;<strong>Create case&#8221;<\/strong> section,&nbsp;select &#8220;<strong>Service limit increase<\/strong>.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1311\" height=\"664\" src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/3.jpg\" alt=\"After clicking &quot;create case' you have to click 'service limit increase.'\" class=\"wp-image-214\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<br><span class=\"badge-round\">5<\/span> Then a panel named &#8220;<strong>Case classification&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;will show up. Select &#8220;<strong>SES Sending Limits<\/strong>&#8221; from the dropdown menu under &#8220;<strong>Limit Type.&#8221;<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1920\" height=\"995\" src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Group-5.jpg\" alt=\"After clicking 'service limit increase; now choose mail type and website URL. \" class=\"wp-image-1478\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<br><span class=\"badge-round\">6<\/span> Choose the type of email that you want to send for &#8220;<strong>Mail Type.&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;For example, we selected &#8220;<strong>Marketing<\/strong>&#8221; here. If there are more than one value applies, choose the option that applies to most of the emails that you want to send.\n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<span class=\"badge-round\">7<\/span> Next, &#8220;<strong>Website URL&#8221;- <\/strong>&nbsp;type the URL of your business website. Providing the website&#8217;s URL will help AWS better understand the content you are sending. For example, here we have entered our website address: <a href=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/mailbluster.com<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Group-5.jpg\" alt=\"After clicking 'service limit increase; now choose mail type and website URL. \"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<br><span class=\"badge-round\">8<\/span> In &#8220;<strong>How you will only send to recipients who have specifically requested your mail&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; type your answer here. For example, &#8220;We send emails only to the registered users and to those who have subscribed to our messages. *(Make sure you only send emails to your registered users. Sending emails to random audience or purchased email list is neither allowed by MailBluster nor Amazon SES).\n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<span class=\"badge-round\">9<\/span> In &#8220;<strong>The process that you will follow when you receive bounce and complaint notifications&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp; &#8211; type your answer in the textbox. Your response should be like this &#8220;MailBluster, the software we will be using to send emails through amazonSES will handle the bounce and complaint for us.\n<b>For bounce:<\/b>\nIf the bounce is permanent, MailBluster unsubscribes the lead immediately.  And no email will be sent in future to that address. If the bounce is not permanent, MailBluster just stores the response related to the bounce (like timestamp, type, subtype) for future use.\n<b>For complaint:<\/b>\nMailBluster unsubscribes the email address immediately. And no email will be sent in future to that address.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/6.jpg\" alt=\"The choose the mail and notification options.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<br><span class=\"badge-round\">10<\/span> In&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Will you will comply with AWS Service Terms and AUP,&#8221;&nbsp;<\/strong>select&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;YES.&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/7.jpg\" alt=\"Choose yes\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\"> <br><span class=\"badge-round\">11<\/span> Under &#8220;<strong>Requests&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;for &#8220;<strong>Region&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;select the AWS Region in which you verified your email earlier and have configured MailBluster to use. For example, we&#8217;ve chosen \u2013&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;US East (Northern Virginia)&#8221;&nbsp;<\/strong>here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/8.jpg\" alt=\"Select US East (Northern Virginia).\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\"><span class=\"badge-round\">12<\/span> After selecting the &#8220;<strong>Region<\/strong>&#8221; you will see &#8220;<strong>Limit<\/strong>&#8221; choose the type of quota increment that you need to request. There are two options:\n<br>\n<strong>\u2022 Desired Daily Send Quota:<\/strong> You can select this option if you want to request an increment in the number of emails that can be sent from your account per 24-hour period in the specified region.\n<br>\n<strong>\u2022 Desired Maximum Send Rate:<\/strong> Select this option if you want to request for an increment to the number of emails your account will be able to send each second in that specified region.\n<br>\n<br>\nWe have chosen the <strong>&#8220;Desired Daily Sending Quota&#8221;<\/strong> for this case.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/9.jpg\" alt=\"Choose your limit.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\"> <br><span class=\"badge-round\">13<\/span> For &#8220;<strong>New limit value&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;enter the limit that you want to be increased. Request the amount that you think you&#8217;ll be in need of. Keep in mind, it is not ensured that you will receive the amount you require. For a new user, we suggest entering&nbsp;<strong>50000<\/strong>, but you can enter a higher number according to your needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/10-1.jpg\" alt=\"Now enter\u00a050000 as limit.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;You can request a \u201c<strong>sending rate increment<\/strong>\u201d at the same time by clicking&nbsp;the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAdd Another Request\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;button. Since Amazon increases the sending rate automatically in accordance with the sending quota, we are skipping this now for simplicity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/13.jpg\" alt=\"Choose add another request.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\"> <br><span class=\"badge-round\">14<\/span> In the &#8220;<strong>Case Description&#8221;&nbsp;<\/strong>section, for &#8220;<strong>Use case description&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;explain how you will use Amazon SES to send emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/11-1.jpg\" alt=\"Write about the case description.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To help Amazon process your request, answer these questions below:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>How do you think you will build or acquire your email list?<\/li>\n<li>What is your plan for handling bounces and complaints?<\/li>\n<li>How can recipients unsubscribe your emails?<\/li>\n<li>What makes you choose the new sending rate or sending quota that you specified in this request?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Tip:<\/strong>&nbsp;You can send a message like the following to the team AWS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hello team AWS,<br>My official website is : [ Link of Business Website ], and over a while, I have collected email ids through subscriptions. The email ids are authentic and verified. I have been using other email service providers for a long time, and now I have decided to shift to Amazon SES.<br> I will use an email sending application, namely:&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/\">https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/<\/a>&nbsp;This application can effectively handle bounce, complaint, and un-subscription. And, it has been added to my verified email address in my Amazon SES account.<br>I hope you will approve my request for Amazon SES production access in the region mentioned above.&nbsp; <br>Let me know if you have any queries.<br>Cheers! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Tip:&nbsp;<\/strong>If there&#8217;s additional information that you think Amazon needs to consider when evaluating your case, feel free to include that too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<span class=\"badge-round\">15<\/span> Under &#8220;<strong>Contact options&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;for &#8220;<strong>Preferred contact language&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;select the language you want Amazon to communicate with you. For example,&nbsp;we have selected <strong>&#8220;English&#8221;<\/strong> here.\n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"badge-round-container\">\n<span class=\"badge-round\">16<\/span> When you are done, click &#8220;<strong>Submit.&#8221;<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/mailbluster.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/12.jpg\" alt=\"Choose preferred contact langauge.\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After the successful submission of the form, you will receive an email confirmation. It may take up to 24 hours for approval.
