4. Tier Structure:

5. Email credits are lifetime allocation and do NOT expire.

7. Upgrades are refundable within 30 days of purchase with our money-back guarantee. After 30 days, all sales are final.

16. In the unlikely event MailBluster ceases operations, 60 days notice will be provided with option to export all data.
