1. Eligibility criteria:

   • Users who have not sent any campaigns after signing up.
   • Users whose last campaign was sent at least one day before Nov 19, 2025.
2. Discount details:
   • 50% OFF on Pro Plan Upgrade
     • Applied as a one-time discount on annual Pro plan upgrade.
   • Up to 30% OFF on Email Sending Volume
     • Discount based on total emails sent between November 19, 2025 – March 31, 2026 (4 months + 12 days). The discount applies to your next invoice after the volume period ends.
     • Sending more than 350,000 emails → 30% discount.
     • Sending between 150,001 and 350,000 emails → 20% discount.
     • Sending 150,000 emails or fewer → 10% discount.
3. Offer validity:
   • Users must claim and apply the offer within the specified dates using the official BFCM coupon code. The discount is valid only when the coupon code is applied during this period.
   • Offer starts: November 19, 2025.
   • Offer ends: December 3, 2025.
4. Coupon claiming process:
   • To get 50% discount -
     • Log in to your MailBluster account.
     • Go to Billing → Upgrade Plan.
     • Enter the BFCM promo code at checkout.
   • To get up to a 30% discount
     • Contact our support team before your invoice date with your registered email address, brand name, and BFCM coupon code. Our team will verify your sending volume (Nov 19, 2025 – Mar 31, 2026) and apply the correct discount to your next bill.
5. Billing process:
   • The 50% discount on the Pro plan upgrade: It follows a prepaid system, requiring you to pay the subscription fee one year in advance.
   • To receive up to a 30% discount on email sending: you can get up to a 30% BFCM discount based on your monthly email sending volume, valid for 4 months 12 days (November 19, 2025, to March 31, 2026)
   • Example: Let’s say you send 250,000 emails a month (during a period of 4 months and 12 days). According to the range above, your email volume falls between 150,001 and 350,000, so you’ll receive a 20% discount on your next bill.
6. Offer restriction policy:
   • During this offer period, users cannot combine it with any other offers or promotions.
   • The discount cannot be applied to past invoices or due payments.
   • The discount is valid for one-time use only per brand.
   • The discount cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
