MailBluster does not allow sending emails to purchased lists, and we highly discourage it if anyone tries to upload or import purchased lists from 3rd parties in MailBluster. You can send marketing emails to subscribed lists and legally collected leads, but you should not send them to purchased lists. This is because if you try to send emails to people who don’t understand why they are receiving emails from you, they will most likely mark the emails as spam or complaints. They even report it to get your domain blacklisted most of the time. And, since purchased lists have a high complaint rate, Amazon will instantly block your AWS account. Also, MailBluster strictly follows AWS Acceptable Use Policy. It clearly states that you are not allowed to use Simple Email Services (Amazon SES) to distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass emails or other messages, promotions, advertising, or spam.
Please note: MailBluster only supports sending marketing emails to authentic subscribers and subscribed lists. MailBluster does not provide any email IDs or subscriber lists.
