MailBluster does not allow duplicate leads (emails) within a brand. This means that if you have 10 segments, a lead can exist in multiple segments, but when you combine these segments into one, the lead will not be duplicated.
To combine multiple segments into one, go to the Segments > Create new > Standard segment page. Here is how it might look:
