Using HTTPS links in your email campaign should resolve the “suspicious link” issue.
If the issue still persists, then you need to check for the following:
- Using the HTTP link instead of HTTPS
- No DKIM configured
- No SPF configured
- No DMARC configured
- Verifying your domain (click base URL) at postmaster.google.com
- Using public URL shorteners like http://bit.ly
- The Amazon SES is using shared IP to send your emails which might have a low reputation
