MailBluster pricing depends on how you choose to send your emails: Bring Your Own SMTP or MailBluster Managed SMTP. Understanding the pricing plans of MailBluster helps you choose the right option for your email marketing needs.
Bring Your Own SMTP
If you connect your own SMTP provider, such as Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, or SMTP2GO, MailBluster offers three pricing plans: Starter, Pro, and Executive.
1. Starter Plan
The Starter plan allows you to send up to 3,000 emails in total with MailBluster branding included in outgoing emails and unsubscribe pages. No billing card is required to get started. This plan is ideal for testing MailBluster before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Pro Plan
The Pro plan costs $5 per month, billed yearly, plus $0.60 per 1,000 emails sent.
With the Pro plan, you get:
- Unlimited leads
- Unlimited email sending
- No MailBluster branding
- Automation
- Custom fields
- Pro templates
- Export leads and reports
3. Executive Plan
The Executive plan costs $10 per month, billed yearly, plus $0.60 per 1,000 emails sent. It includes everything available in the Pro plan, along with:
- Dedicated 1-on-1 setup and support
- 3 years of data retention
- Unlimited automation workflows
- 5% yearly reward on email sending
The Executive plan is best suited for businesses that require personalized onboarding, advanced automation capabilities, extended reporting history, and additional value from high-volume email sending.
SMTP provider charges (Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, SMTP2GO, etc.) are remain separate and billed separately by the provider.
MailBluster Managed SMTP
If you prefer not to set up or manage a separate SMTP provider, you can choose MailBluster Managed SMTP. MailBluster manages the sending infrastructure, and the SMTP cost is included in your Managed SMTP plan.
After SMTP approval, you get a 14-day free trial of MailBluster Managed SMTP. During the trial, you can send up to 100 emails per day, giving you a chance to test the service before choosing a paid plan.
After the trial, Managed SMTP has its own email-volume-based pricing, separate from the Starter, Pro, and Executive plans. Plans start at $17/month for 10,000 emails and are available for up to 1000k emails per month. Yearly billing is also available with a 10% discount on the plan price.
